Brown Law, LLC is a creditors' rights law firm that focuses on bankruptcy and commercial litigation (both federal and state). Heather represents landlords, banks and other financial institutions, along with other secured and unsecured creditors, in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. 

She has successfully represented clients in federal and state litigation matters involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, mortgages, consumer protection issues (such as Truth in Lending and Real Estate Protection Act violations), landlord-tenant matters, and contracts, including appeals at the state and federal level.
