Kristy has nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focused primarily within the design and construction arena. She launched her new company, Impact Strategies in the spring of 2023. Professionally, she has done everything from A to Z in running a business. She is a natural at solving problems and executing practical solutions. Marketing and Business Development are her top strengths. So growing and attracting the perfect clients is second nature to her, which is where she dedicates most of her work.

When not out in the industry, or helping our organization, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their five pets! Weekends are typically pretty busy as a "dance mom" keeping up with her daughter's competition dance events.
