Yolanda King

Yolanda has been in the commercial real estate industry for her entire career with her initial start as a controller for a local Atlanta real estate developer.    She has primarily focused on Commercial Property Management encompassing retail, office, and mixed-use investments.  Currently Yolanda is Director of Property Management for Selig Enterprises, a family owned and operated real estate company with more than 15 million square feet of commercial space throughout the Southeast region.  In this capacity she manages 11 Property Managers and 15 support staff,  overseeing 250+ properties.

Outside of her Property Management role, Yolanda is active in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).   She serves on the Board for CRE Women of Faith and we are fortunate to have her expertise and dedication.  She is an active tennis player in the Atlanta community and dabbles in golf from time to time.   She is the mom to fur babies Cinnamon (Doberman) and Katie (Yorkie).   In her free time, she enjoys traveling and seeking out new adventures.
